Refund & Return Policy

At Infra Pulse, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

• The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for returns (check product page).

2. How to Return

  with your order number.
• Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed and credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or provide a full refund at no extra cost. if the product is defective or damaged please return the product within 2days with unboxing video
we will deliver the exchange/replacement product within 5-7days
